The Housing Development Corporation of Rock Hill has built its rental housing stock primarily through grant funding, donations, and strategic acquisition. Most homes are under affordability periods dictated by the funder; they are set aside for those at or below 30%, 50%, 60%, 80%, or 120% of the area median income. Income is verified annually, and rent is recalculated if necessary. We are working to develop more affordable housing stock in the city of Rock Hill.
