Our case manager works with the shelters in the area to identify homeless individuals who are ready to be housed and works with those individuals to:​​
1.
Search for housing.
2.
Review their lease
3.
Assist them in the move-in process
4.
Subsidize their rent for a set period of time while they work to increase their income.
5.
Meet with them monthly to check on their progress toward housing independence.
