Through this program, HDCRH provides assistance to eligible homeowners to correct Housing Quality Standards (HQS) violations/repairs to single-family homes that may pose a threat to the health and safety of the occupant.

The maximum amount of funds available is $10,000 per project.

 

All recipients of assistance through this program are those households living at or below 80% of the area median income, or in some cases at or below 50% of the area median income. ​
