OMELESS PREVENTION ASSISTANC
E

The Housing Development Corporation of Rock Hill provides rental, utility, and mortgage assistance to eligible households facing eviction, shutoff, and/or foreclosure.

HDCRH receives funding for its homeless prevention program from various sources and the requirements for assistance change often. See the chart below for current requirements. To start the application process, fill out the Rent & Utility Assistance Pre-Application here.

At this time we are working through applications and anticipate being out of funding by the end of the week, so we are not accepting rent or utility assistance applications. If you are in need of assistance, go to sc211.org or call 211 to check for other resouces in the area.
