​​​​​One SC Fund Storm Damage Tree Removal Assistance

The Housing Development Corporation of Rock Hill (HDCRH), with support from the One SC Fund, is offering no-cost storm-damage tree removal assistance for eligible Rock Hill homeowners. This program helps residents address trees and debris impacted by storms that may pose a safety risk or cause damage to the home.

​Who may qualify?​

• Homeowners with storm related tree damage and/or debris

• Own your home

• Reside within Rock Hill City Limits

• Household meets Area Median Income (AMI) requirements

Services residents may receive at no cost (if approved)​

• Removal of storm-damaged trees that pose a safety risk or threaten the home

• Cutting and removal of fallen limbs/branches and storm-related tree debris

• Hauling and proper disposal of removed tree material

• Basic cleanup of the work area after removal is completed​

How do I apply? ​

Apply online today! Eligibility may be determined based on meeting HUD Area Median Income (AMI) guidelines, residing within Rock Hill city limits as your primary residence, and other program requirements. Assistance is subject to available funding and supplies, and submitting an application does not guarantee approval or receipt of items/services.
