Thanks to grant funding provided by SC Housing, HDCRH is gearing up to start construction on 6 affordable single-family units in the Sunset Park neighborhood. These units include one sensory-accessible unit, one physically-accessible unit, and four units that can be easy converted into sensory- or physically-accessible units based on the needs of the tenant. All units will be two-bedroom, one-bathroom units and made available to residents at 30% AMI, 60% AMI, and 80% AMI.*
Conditions permitting, we anticipate starting construction on all units by February 2021 and look forward to completing this project and establishing more affordable housing for Rock Hill residents!
