​​​York County Community Foundation A/C Unit Grant Program

 

The Housing Development Corporation of Rock Hill (HDCRH), with support from the York County Community Foundation, is offering limited A/C unit assistance to eligible Rock Hill residents. This program is designed to help qualifying homeowner households improve comfort and safety at home.

​Who may qualify?​

• You OR someone in your household is age 60+

• Own your home

• Reside within Rock Hill City Limits

• Household meets Area Median Income (AMI) requirements

Items provided at no cost to eligible households

• Standalone A/C unit for your home at no cost to help provide cooling relief during hot weather.​​​​

Eligibility may be determined based on being age 60 or older, meeting HUD Area Median Income (AMI) guidelines, residing within Rock Hill city limits as your primary residence, and other program requirements. Assistance is subject to available funding and supplies, and submitting an application does not guarantee approval or receipt of items/services.
