How do I apply?

Eligibility may be determined based on being age 50 or older, meeting HUD Area Median Income (AMI) guidelines, residing within Rock Hill city limits, and other program requirements. Assistance is subject to available funding and supplies ,and submitting an application does not guarantee approval or receipt of items/services.
