The Housing Development Corporation of Rock Hill has built its rental housing stock primarily through grant funding, donations and strategic acquisition. Most of the homes are under affordability periods dictated by the funder; that is they are set aside for those at or below 30%, 50% or 80% of area median income. Income is verified annually, and rent recalculated if necessary. Monthly inspections are required.
